You love Jesus and go to bed wondering why you never feel good enough.

For 10 years, I’ve helped women in their 20s and 30s move from insecurity to confidence.

You spent years learning how to survive. Keep the peace. Read the room. Stay wanted. You became the strong one, the people pleaser, the woman who learned how to shape herself around what everyone else needed. Now you second guess everything. You question your relationship with God. You struggle to say no. Conflict takes your confidence for days. You take care of everyone else. But you do not feel secure in who you are. Dating feels impossible. Marriage feels lonely. You do not know how to say what you want. You are tired of carrying childhood wounds, church hurt, and fear of being abandoned in your relationships. You keep asking yourself, “What is wrong with me?”

Most of the women I work with look strong on the outside but feel constant pressure and fear of rejection. They usually come in wanting more confidence, better boundaries, and relief from anxiety. They want to feel safe and loved by the people around them. I help women stop building their identity around other’s approval and start becoming secure in themselves and in Christ.

In session, I ask a lot of questions. I slow things down. I watch for the moment you tense up, shut down, laugh something off, or apologize for what you feel. I sit in silence and wait. Therapy with me is direct and focused on change. If something does not add up, I say it. If shame shows up, I name it. I challenge lies when I see them. I am not interested in just going through your story. I am interested in the moment you stopped trusting yourself.

I have worked in this field for 10 years with women who live in cycles of self doubt, shame, and in survival mode. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S). I worked on the human trafficking hotline and in settings where people shaped their lives around avoiding rejection. I built a reputation for not giving up on clients when things are messy and there is no clear path.  Clients will understand what is happening in their mind, body, relationships, and faith. Clients tell me “I know who I am” and they feel challenged in their relationship with Christ. They finally feel the motivation to meet their goals.

Outside the therapy office, I spend time with my husband and three daughters. I love training my 2 dogs, a German Shepherd and a Catahoula. I also love listening to Christian rock, cooking spicy food, and hiking with the family. I love conversations about Jesus that go beyond the surface.

If you are ready to build real confidence, book your first session!

“Confidence does not begin with what you can or cannot do. It begins with who you believe you are.”
