Do you ever feel like your past keeps replaying itself no matter how hard you try to move forward? Whether you're wrestling with feelings of failure, self-harm, relationship challenges, intimacy issues, or the trauma of past abuse, I'm here to assist you in discovering hope and answers for moving forward. Maybe you are unsure of who you can trust. You want to heal, but part of you wonders if that is even possible. Maybe you have tried before, and it did not help. You are tired of being stuck in the same pain and just want to feel like yourself again.
My approach is direct, honest, and centered on you. I use trauma-informed care, Biblical principles, and evidence-based practices such as DBT and EFT to create a grounded path toward healing. Together we will explore the emotional, relational, and spiritual layers of your story so you can begin to reclaim your voice and sense of safety. Expect a judgment-free zone where you'll encounter a variety of techniques tailored to suit you and your specific needs.
In our sessions, you can expect genuine connection and practical tools that fit your real life. We will work together to identify what is keeping you stuck and find strategies that help you move toward peace and confidence. My goal is for you to feel safe, understood, and equipped to move forward, not just coping but truly healing. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership where you feel supported, seen, and guided as you take each step toward becoming whole again.
